When you submit the contact form, your name and contact detail (email or phone) are stored for the sole purpose of responding to you. They are not used for any other purpose, including marketing.
Google Analytics collects anonymised data about page visits: which pages are viewed, approximate location (country level), device type, and referral source. No personal data is attached to this.
Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry. Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw by declining analytics when the banner appears or by using your browser's privacy controls.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. If you would like them deleted sooner, you can request this.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on the home page and note your request.
The contact form backend is operated separately from this site. Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC. No other third parties receive your data.
